Practice with me
Yoga has been an integral part of my own journey towards self-discovery and self-care, and I truly believe in yoga’s mental and physical benefits. It wrings out those feelings of unease that can lodge in our bodies, it breathes spaciousness into those nooks and crannies where you might be feeling crammed.
In my classes I use invitational language and aim to make each pose accessible by offering variations.
